Any entity engaged in a business operation in Beverly Hills, whether or not the physical location is within city limits, must obtain a valid Business Tax Registration Certificate before or within 30 days of the start of business operations in Beverly Hills. In addition to a Business Tax Registration, a Regulatory Permit may also be required for certain types of businesses or activities. Approval and issuance of a regulatory permit for such business or activity shall be a prerequisite to the commencement of the business or activity.
